This place is ideal for a quick stay! Situated right next to the Maria Zambrano train station and central bus station, it's super convenient. The facilities are basic but clean was nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even with late check-ins. Just don't expect luxury. It's all about the essentials!

I truly enjoyed the stay here. The beds were extremely comfy, the room was lovely looking and large with a bath. The staff was fantastic friendly providing the information.

The bathroom drainage emitted a strong odor, exacerbated by a broken ventilator fan in room 104, leading to an uncomfortable experience. The building's outdated interior felt stuck in the '80s, with an uncomfortable bed and poor air conditioning that hardly worked. There were cleanliness concerns, as the bedding appeared not to be changed throughout a six-night stay, including stained blankets and pillow covers.

Location near the train station is a big plus. The accommodation met our basic needs, a clean private room with a double bed and en suite bathroom. Late check-in after midnight was convenient, and communication was smooth. The walls are thin. Noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable in the morning. There was no air conditioning in our room, and we faced some issues with the light setup and insufficient electrical sockets. The quality of bedding left much to be desired, with unwashed covers and stained blankets noted .

The detailed instructions were handy, but the AC didn't work well in our room.

The location is fantastic, with close proximity to local attractions and easy access to public transport, making it convenient for sightseeing.

The air conditioning in my room was not working properly, made the nights a bit uncomfortable during the warm weather.

I loved the excellent modern bathroom. It reminded me of a luxury escape! The keyless entry system. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from the bus station!
